(Junior) Strategic Partnership Manager (f/m/d)
The Position

As a Junior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will support key operational processes, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help optimize workflows to support our company mission.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of the partner portfolio by researching, identifying, and evaluating new partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Assist and lead special projects and market launches by supporting the management of critical tasks, preparing partner insights, and coordinating with all impacted stakeholders.
- Own daily operations with delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners across Germany, Poland, and the UK to ensure smooth and reliable performance.
- Monitor partner KPIs and cost metrics, helping to prepare reports, highlight potential risks, and contribute to root-cause analyses.
- Support and participate in partner operational reviews, documenting key takeaways and ensuring follow-up steps are tracked and executed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and Tech to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
- Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs, contributing to operational transparency and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Has initial experience or internships in fast-paced environments such as consultancy, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Brings strong analytical skills and can work confidently with data.
- Has proficiency in Google Sheets for basic KPI and cost analysis (SQL is a plus).
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with different teams and external partners at various seniority levels.
- Is curious to learn about fulfilment operations, carrier partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration.
- Has a hands-on, proactive attitude and is eager to take ownership of tasks while developing new skills.
