What We Offer
Extremely lucrative pay and no limits: Reach 3,100 € monthly at 100 % of your targets, and go beyond! Your commission is uncapped, and your performance defines your pay.

About us
Strategic Partnership Manager (f/m/d)
The Position
If you are passionate about operational excellence and eager to grow in an international environment, this role is for you!
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive key operational processes, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize workflows to support our company missions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Drive the growth of the partner portfolio by aligning strategies with company objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Lead and accelerate special projects and market launches by managing critical tasks, preparing partner insights, and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations with delivery, freight, and fulfillment partners across Germany, Poland, and the UK, ensuring reliable and cost-effective performance.
Track and analyze partner KPIs and cost metrics, delivering actionable reports, proactively flagging risks, and implementing root-cause solutions.
Facilitate and lead partner operational reviews, capturing key outcomes and ensuring timely execution of next steps.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and Tech to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and evolve process documentation and SOPs to ensure operational excellence and transparent knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, consultancy, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships also considered)
Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data
Proficiency in Google Sheets for KPI and cost analysis (SQL is a plus)
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, markets and seniority levels (internally and externally)
Curiosity to learn about fulfilment operations, Carrier Partners, 3PL supplier relations, and cross-team collaboration
Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks while developing your skills

Talent Acquisition Lead (f/m/d)
The position
As our Talent Acquisition Lead (f/m/d), you will own and elevate everything that helps Hive attract and hire exceptional talent. You’ll lead a team of 3–5 and build scalable systems, processes, and tools to help Hive grow from currently 400 people to our next phase of expansion. This is a role for a builder and leader who loves combining strategy, systems, and people — and understands that who we hire determines who we become.
High impact: Who we hire is one of the most important drivers of Hive’s success. You will shape our ability to grow and the composition of our teams for years to come.
International scope: Lead our TA team across all our markets: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, and beyond, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience everywhere.
Strategic ownership: You will become a trusted member of the People Leadership Team, partnering closely with executives and functional leads on workforce planning, org design, and hiring priorities.
