What You’ll Do

Lead and execute all HR activities in Helmes Latvia
Partner with local leaders and employees on people-related matters
Drive recruitment and employer branding efforts in the local market
Ensure compliance with Latvian labor law and internal policies
Support employee growth, well-being, and engagement
Help create an inspiring and efficient work environment
Represent Helmes in internal and external HR initiatives

Solid understanding of Latvian labor law and HR best practices
Strategic and contextual thinking – You see the bigger picture
Clear communicator with great relationship-building skills
Confident advisor – You are able to explain and stand by decisions
Organized multitasker who can prioritize and execute independently

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR roles (preferably in IT or tech sector)
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, but doesn’t have to be)
Fluency in Latvian and English (spoken & written)
Experience in working with data (Excel, CRM systems, HR Systems)
