We’re looking for a System Analyst to join our friendly and professional team. You’ll contribute to a high-impact public sector project in Estonia, working with a modern, non-legacy system built on the latest technologies. We are looking for:

3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
Experience with REST API design and system integrations
Skilled in requirements analysis, documentation, and mapping
Ability to read and understand physical data models
Experience working in an agile environment
Very good Estonian and English, both written and spoken

In your role as a System Analyst, you will:

Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet clients' needs
Facilitate communication and planning between the client, team, and partners
Take part in daily stand-ups, workshops, and sprint planning
Help break down business goals into clear technical tasks and documentation
Support smooth system development through clear analysis and collaboration
