System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst eager to contribute their ideas and expertise to a high-impact public sector project in Estonia.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst
  • Experience in RestAPI design and data analysis technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Matomo, Kibana)
  • Familiarity with UML and BPM notations, experience in requirements mapping and analysis, and the ability to create clear and accurate technical documentation
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and switch between different topics efficiently
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Very good Estonian and English skills, both written and spoken

Experience in public sector projects and business analysis is a plus.
