Sales Specialist

Helmes is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Specialist to support our Business Area Leads in driving business growth. If you are passionate about software development, have a talent for building connections, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you! 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Support Business Area Leads in organizing events, managing big tenders, and building lasting client relationships 
  • Assist in selling software development services, including creating proposals and following up on leads 
  • Work with sales pipelines to ensure smooth transitions and accurate tracking 
  • Interact with event participants to foster networking and potential collaborations 
  • Manage and develop tender documents, ensuring compliance with requirements and presentation quality 
  • Stay involved in the software development industry to understand market trends and client needs 

 

We are looking for

 

  • Proven experience in sales, business support, or event coordination 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities 
  • An interest in software development and the IT service industry 
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to take initiative 
  • Proficiency in both Estonian and English (written and spoken)
