Helmes is growing! Join our team and grow with an architect mentor by building software used by almost every person in Estonia, making services faster and life simpler. We’re seeking a Java or Full-stack developer who loves sharing ideas and driving the project forward in a flat team where every opinion matters.

Who we are looking for:

    • At least 2 years of software development experience, including Java
    • Proficiency in Estonian at B2 level or higher
    • Experience with X-Road and Angular is a plus
    • Comfortable with agile methodologies, test-driven development, and design patterns
    • Open communicator who enjoys sharing ideas and collaborating on the project’s direction
    • Team player who thrives in a flat structure where every opinion is heard and respected
