We’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to be the primary point of contact for one of our key clients.

Your role will include:

Acting as the key link between clients, partners, and the development team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Leading dynamic workshops and facilitating open communication to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Taking charge of project planning, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across teams.
Collaborating with architects to design innovative data models that drive business success.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recommending creative solutions to enhance outcomes.
Working closely with the UX team to craft prototypes that elevate the user experience.
Managing seamless data migration and ensuring smooth integration between legacy and new systems.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

A degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
Five years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner) within software development.
Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, and technical documentation, including mapping and analyzing requirements.
Experience working with WSDL and writing SQL queries.
Excellent communication skills, with experience leading discussions and collaborating with clients and teams.
The ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and contribute to decision-making.
Experience in agile development and iterative processes.
A self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Estonian and English.
