Junior Legal Counsel

Junior Legal Counsel is a valuable addition to Helmes’ legal team to help provide legal support essential for running and growing the business. It is a role that enables you to grow with the support of strong in-house legal specialists within the IT industry.

Temporary employment contract for a period of 1 year

As a Junior Legal Counsel, You will

• Assist in the contract review relating to software development services
• Organise various corporate documents required by group entities
• Provide support related to internal systems, compliance control, and data protection
• Draft legal opinions in specific areas and consult the legal team or the business directly
• Take responsibility for drafting and managing processes related to less complex legal documentation

You are a great addition to the team with

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law and the objective to work towards obtaining a Master’s Degree in Law
• Deep interest in understanding the inner workings of an international software development powerhouse
• Strong project management skills with the will to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain any legal matter in a clear and simple way
• Attitude of getting things done on time and in an organised way
• High proficiency in English and Estonian language, both written and spoken
