As a Team Leader at Helmes, you'll guide a skilled team on a high-impact project that drives innovation and improves daily life through faster, more efficient processes.

As a Team Leader, You will

Motivate and manage performance, fostering team development and driving continuous improvement
Plan technical resources and capacity
Manage team finances, including billing and reporting
Coordinate internal and external communications
Support sales and client acquisition efforts
Collaborate on enhancing company tools, processes, and best practices
Aid the business unit leader in revenue generation and attracting new clients/work, including involvement in drafting offers and related tasks

We are looking for

At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in the IT industry
Prior experience as a business analyst and fix project delivery experience is a plus
Ability and readiness to influence – inspire, lead, persuade, negotiate
Readiness to take responsibility and follow through on commitments
A can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in both written and spoken Estonian and English
Experience managing finances and budgets

The Team Lead will work closely with the existing team and projects.
