In your role as a Team Lead, you will be:

Leading a software development team and projects:
- Inspiring and motivating your team while supporting their growth and development
- Ensure your team has the resources to succeed – like tech, competencies & capacity
- Keep an eye on your team’s performance and always look for ways to make things better
- Staying on top of the finances, incl. monthly billing and reporting
- Being the go-to person for communication – keeping everyone in the loop and building good relationships with clients, vendors and partners
- Building strong partnerships with the client and exploring future opportunities together
Supporting the Business Unit Leader in sales and attracting new clients by drafting offers and other related tasks when needed
Collaborating on developing and enhancing Helmes’ tools, processes and best practices

We are looking for:

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in the IT field
Skilled at leading teams and managing projects, with a talent for motivating people
Great influencing skills, including the ability to inspire, lead, and negotiate effectively
Ready to take on responsibilities and follow through on commitments
Experience in managing finances and budgets at the unit level
Fluent communication skills in both Estonian and English, both spoken and written
Being proactive and thinking like an entrepreneur
Mature and taking ownership of the work
Having experience in sales is beneficial
