We are looking for

At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in the IT industry
Higher education
Prior experience as a business analyst is a plus
Ability and readiness to influence – inspire, lead, persuade, negotiate
Readiness to take responsibility and follow through on commitments
A can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Russian. German language skills are a plus.
Experience managing finances and budgets

In your role as a Team Lead, you will be:

Leading a software development team and projects:
- Inspiring and motivating your team while supporting their growth and development.
- Ensure your team has the resources to succeed – like tech, competencies & capacity.
- Keep an eye on your team’s performance and always look for ways to make things better.
- Staying on top of the finances, incl. monthly billing and reporting.
- Being the go-to person for communication – keeping everyone in the loop and building good relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
- Building strong partnerships with the client and exploring future opportunities together.
Supported the business unit leader in sales and attracted new clients by drafting offers and other related tasks when needed.
Collaborating on developing and enhancing Helmes’ tools, processes and best practices.
