Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities while also ensuring smooth HR operations? We are looking for an HR & Sourcing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll balance your time between proactive tech talent sourcing and maintaining HR processes, helping us build and support Helmes' growth.

 

What will you do

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal procedures
  • Support relocation and global contracts when needed
  • Streamline and document HR processes

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support

  • Identify and engage top tech talent through various sourcing platforms and create a seamless recruitment experience
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and proactively reach out to passive talent
  • Collaborate with recruiters to meet hiring needs and support global sourcing
  • Maintain organized candidate records in the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage feedback
  • Improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies

 

We are looking for

  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR documentation, and Estonian Contracts Act
  • Organized and agile, with a talent for handling diverse tasks seamlessly
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, particularly in tech roles, is an advantage
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and candidate experiences
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards)
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with care
