What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Processing incoming requests from internal and external partners regarding the health of Payment Methods;
  • Notifying customers and internal teams of difficulties or issues with Payment Methods;
  • Enabling / disabling Payment Methods depending on requests and in accordance with the instructions;
  • Monitoring payments traffic 24/7, handling emergency alerts;
  • Communication with providers and other teams for investigating and solving incidents;
  • Complex problem - solving with traffic issues about payment systems according to the escalation policy;
  • Incident response with payments traffic according to SLA;
  • Managing website mirror changes in response to domain blocking.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR;
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain HR administrative processes;
  • Paying strong attention to detail, including accurate paperwork processing, data entry, and compliance with HR policies and procedures;
  • Handling employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion;
  • Working with HRIS systems (HiBob, Workday, Peopleforce, HURMA, etc.);
  • Using HR tools and systems effectively, including hands-on experience with data input and maintenance;
  • Working with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations;
  • Managing and maintaining HR documentation;
  • Languages – Intermediate+ English, B2+ Ukrainian/Russian.
