Why this role exists:
This role exists to lead creative direction and visual execution across brand, campaigns, events, and digital platforms. You’ll ensure a strong, consistent visual identity while guiding the design team and aligning creative work with business objectives.
What you’ll drive:
Creative concepts & visual direction
- Lead the development of creative concepts across campaigns, brand communications, events, and digital platforms.
- Drive and evolve the visual identity of GR8 Tech.
- Ensure excellence and consistency across all visual outputs and formats.
Brand execution & quality
- Oversee visual deliverables across video, web, print, social, presentations, booths, and merchandise.
- Balance daily execution with long-term branding initiatives.
- Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail.
Collaboration & alignment
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to align creative ideas with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear creative direction.
Team leadership & workflow
- Inspire, manage, and mentor designers, motion designers, and external creatives.
- Organize and optimize the design team’s workflow to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Set direction, provide feedback, and support team growth.
Creative awareness & trends
- Stay up to date with visual culture, technology, and industry trends.
- Bring new ideas and influences into the team’s work.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have
- 7+ years of experience in creative or marketing industries with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign-level design across multiple media.
- Ability to deliver both conceptual creative work and polished design systems.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual strategy, and design’s role in business goals.
- Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing people and projects.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Nice-to-have
- Experience working with or leading creative campaigns for the European market.
- Experience in web development and/or motion graphics.
- Knowledge or experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors.
