Why this role exists:

This role exists to lead creative direction and visual execution across brand, campaigns, events, and digital platforms. You’ll ensure a strong, consistent visual identity while guiding the design team and aligning creative work with business objectives.

What you’ll drive:

Creative concepts & visual direction

  • Lead the development of creative concepts across campaigns, brand communications, events, and digital platforms.
  • Drive and evolve the visual identity of GR8 Tech.
  • Ensure excellence and consistency across all visual outputs and formats.

Brand execution & quality

  • Oversee visual deliverables across video, web, print, social, presentations, booths, and merchandise.
  • Balance daily execution with long-term branding initiatives.
  • Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail.

Collaboration & alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to align creative ideas with business objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear creative direction.

Team leadership & workflow

  • Inspire, manage, and mentor designers, motion designers, and external creatives.
  • Organize and optimize the design team’s workflow to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Set direction, provide feedback, and support team growth.

Creative awareness & trends

  • Stay up to date with visual culture, technology, and industry trends.
  • Bring new ideas and influences into the team’s work.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 7+ years of experience in creative or marketing industries with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign-level design across multiple media.
  • Ability to deliver both conceptual creative work and polished design systems.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual strategy, and design’s role in business goals.
  • Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing people and projects.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with or leading creative campaigns for the European market.
  • Experience in web development and/or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge or experience in the iGaming and/or B2B sectors.
