Why this role exists:

This role exists to drive business development activities by managing the full sales cycle, building a strong pipeline, and maintaining accurate sales data. You’ll support revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals in the iGaming market.

What you’ll drive:

Prospecting & pipeline development

  • Research and prospect new companies and business opportunities.
  • Identify prospects’ needs, challenges, and business context.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality, up-to-date CRM database.

Sales execution & deal management

  • Drive sales opportunities end-to-end from first contact to contract signing and service activation.
  • Prepare tailored business proposals and draft contracts aligned with internal and legal requirements.
  • Manage your own sales funnel to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Alignment, reporting & representation

  • Align sales strategies and proposals with the CBDO and internal stakeholders.
  • Document all sales and business development activities consistently in the CRM.
  • Demonstrate strong product, market, and competitor knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events and continuously develop sales skills.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the iGaming industry.
  • Ability to identify customer needs through effective questioning and build trust-based relationships.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment and handle rejection.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead qualification methods.
  • Solid understanding of iGaming products, market trends, competitors, and basic negotiation principles.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above with strong oral communication skills.
