Senior Product Manager for Aff.Tech Team

What you’ll work on:
You’ll own end-to-end product development for Aff.Tech — an enterprise-grade affiliate management platform used across multiple brands, geos, and operators. Your mission: grow Aff.Tech into a stronger, more scalable product (and a future standalone SaaS) by expanding core modules and improving platform performance, reliability, and business impact.
Core areas include: Tracking, Reporting/Analytics, Commission Engine, Agent Module, Payments, Integrations.
What you’ll drive:
Product leadership & outcomes
- Own the roadmap for key Aff.Tech modules (Tracking, Analytics, Commission Engine, Integrations, Agent System, Mobile Cashier).
- Translate business goals into product initiatives with clear KPIs (revenue impact, operational efficiency, platform stability, UX improvements).
- Run competitive analysis across iGaming affiliate platforms and spot differentiation opportunities.
Discovery & problem-solving
- Lead discovery with Affiliate Ops, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, DS, CRM, and Integrations teams.
- Turn operational pain points into structured product scope (BRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Validate feasibility with engineering leads and align on trade-offs (speed vs scale vs quality).
Delivery & execution
- Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
- Partner with engineering, QA, and design to ship features predictably and with quality.
- Ensure integration quality across partner systems (GR8 Tech modules, Payment Hub, Integration Service, external operators).
- Define product metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements; measure release impact (performance, stability, revenue contribution).
Stakeholder & client collaboration
- Communicate roadmap, timelines, and priorities to executives and key stakeholders.
- Support GTM with Sales & Account Managers (onboarding new operators, positioning, enablement).
- Join client calls when needed: demos, solutioning, and “let’s fix it together” sessions.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have
- 4–6+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS ideally; iGaming / AdTech / MarTech / fintech are a strong plus).
- Experience building complex, data-heavy systems (reporting, attribution, payouts, multi-currency logic).
- Confidence working with integrations and scalable platform architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking: you’re comfortable with data models, tracking logic, funnels, and metrics.
- You can write clear product documentation (BRDs, epics, user flows) that engineering actually wants to use.
- You communicate well across teams — structured, direct, and collaborative.
- You operate in Agile environments and keep momentum without burning quality.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a growing BU.
- High accountability: you commit, you deliver, you iterate.
Nice-to-have
- Affiliate systems / tracking platforms / performance marketing tooling.
- Understanding of iGaming metrics and mechanics: FTD, GGR/NGR, CPA/RevShare, funnels, agent networks, risk logic.
