About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Serving as the focal point for all activities within the Business Unit;
- Participating in new client launches, accelerating the process, and ensuring long-term customer success;
- Leading strategic initiatives within the Business Unit;
- Taking full ownership of business operations and processes;
- Managing business and technical programs, as well as teams;
- Overseeing vendor management, including content providers;
- Applying commercial acumen and common sense to lead negotiations;
- Communicating effectively across cross-functional teams within the company;
- Driving change and innovation to move the company forward.
Essential professional experience:
- Previous experience in the betting industry and a strong understanding of B2C operations, such as working as a Sportsbook Manager;
- Managing teams of 50+ people, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills;
- Successfully overseeing and executing programs with a proven track record;
- Achieving business goals and driving measurable results;
- Handling vendor management and fostering productive partnerships;
- Management experience in companies with 200+ employees;
- Fluent English.
