About your key responsibilities and impact:

Employer Branding:

  • Establishing partnerships with European conferences. Representing GR8 Tech at key industry events and ensuring impactful participation;
  • Launching compelling campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and reputation;
  • Collaborating with Recruitment, Marketing and Leadership to align branding efforts with business goals.

Employee Engagement & Advocacy:

  • Fostering employee pride and advocacy through internal campaigns and initiatives;
  • Developing programs to encourage employees to become brand ambassadors;
  • Creating a pool of speakers from our employees. Developing a plan for promoting their personal brands.

Communications & Events:

  • Creating external communication campaigns to attract talent and boost engagement;
  • Managing internal and external events to support employee engagement and talent attraction.

Collaboration with Talent Acquisition:

  • Partnering with recruiting teams to drive recruitment marketing campaigns;
  • Building talent pipelines through events, partnerships, and social media strategies.

Metrics & Team Leadership:

  • Analyzing data to measure the success of branding initiatives and recommending improvements.

Essential professional experience:

  • 3+ experience in employer branding in the IT market (product or outsourcing), with at least 1 year of experience in employer branding in the IT field in Europe;
  • Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
  • Experience in organizing business events;
  • Experience in establishing partnerships with conferences, organizing exhibition stands, and working with speakers;
  • Ability to simplify processes and strive for automation where possible;
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in managing and organizing documents; 
  • Attention to detail, especially when working with documentation during contract signing;
  • Meticulous with the budget, knows how to allocate funds, seeks the best options;
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and improve employer brand processes;
  • English level no lower than Intermediate.

Desirable skills and personal features:

  • Experience in PR – a big plus.
