The Junior Associate Consultant role provides successful candidates with structured training, hands-on experience and unique opportunities to develop core consulting skills and gain an understanding of the wider business, preparing you for success in client engagements and internal projects.

We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds or interests in engineering, mathematics, or Artificial Intelligence (AI), who can bring their knowledge, expertise and curiosity to our global and forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
Your role in this team will be to support in the delivery of  consulting engagements. This will include:

  • Execute high-quality research: Conduct secondary research and market mapping to identify industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies in the media landscape
  • Support data-driven insights: Assist in the collection and cleaning of client data, helping to translate complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Develop client deliverables: Own the creation of well-structured slides, memos, and reports that communicate findings clearly and persuasively to project stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshop logistics: Provide end-to-end support for client workshops and meetings, including preparing materials, capturing detailed minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Contribute to problem-solving: Participate in internal discussions, applying logical frameworks to help solve complex business challenges for global publishers
  • Project management support: Help maintain project plans, ensuring workstreams stay on track and internal documentation is organised and up to date
  • Champion the Manila hub: Actively contribute to the culture and operational growth of the Manila team, supporting local initiatives and cross-office collaboration
  • Continuous learning: Proactively develop your consulting toolkit (e.g., Excel modeling, storytelling, strategic frameworks) through formal training and on-the-job mentorship
