The Growth Marketing Manager will accelerate our brand awareness and demand generation in new markets, particularly the US, and across our growing portfolio of propositions. This role will drive the implementation of our marketing strategy and plan, leading multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our consulting business and position FT Strategies as the go-to partner for sustainable growth in media and beyond.

This role will design and execute campaigns that bring our propositions to life, tell compelling stories about our impact, and build meaningful engagement with prospective clients and partners. You will also lead growth initiatives focused on expanding our footprint in the US market and strengthening our membership community.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the FT Strategies marketing strategy and plan, with a clear focus on brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel outbound campaigns across digital, social media and partner channels to generate qualified leads for our consulting propositions and membership networks.

  • Collaborate with proposition leads and consultants to translate complex ideas into compelling, insight-led marketing campaigns.

  • Lead growth initiatives in priority areas such as US market expansion and membership growth.

  • Manage the delivery of industry events, webinars and thought leadership activations that drive visibility and engagement.

  • Oversee sponsored content and partnership opportunities with media partners to extend brand reach and influence.

  • Optimise campaigns through continuous analysis of performance data, audience insights, and conversion metrics.

Success will look like

  • Increased brand visibility and awareness for FT Strategies in target markets, particularly the US.

  • A consistent flow of high-quality leads generated through integrated, data-driven campaigns.

  • Growth in membership acquisition, driving expansion of our member network.

  • Strong marketing performance metrics focused on reach, pipeline growth, and lead quality.

  • Effective collaboration across consulting, commercial and marketing, delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Recognition of FT Strategies as a leading authority on sustainable growth and transformation in media and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in growth, demand generation or performance marketing, ideally within a B2B professional services, consultancy or media environment.

  • The most recent three years of experience must be focused on growth marketing, lead generation and campaign management at manager level.

  • Demonstrable experience designing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media and partner-led amplification.

  • Experience managing events, webinars and sponsored content partnerships to build brand authority and generate leads.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance and optimise for results.

  • Experience supporting international market growth, ideally with exposure to the US market.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable delivering at pace and innovating for impact.
