The Project Executive will support the delivery of commercial content and marketing solutions, working closely with experienced Project Managers, Project Directors and the Global Client Services team.

You will be part of a collaborative, global team and will receive training and support to develop your skills across project coordination, stakeholder management and content production. This role offers exposure to high-profile campaigns and a strong foundation for progression within project management or client services. This is a commercial role with client service at its heart.

This role is based in London and sits within a Global Project Management team across Singapore, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of branded content campaigns, ensuring timelines, processes and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for internal partners, supporting senior team members in client and agency communications.
  • Assist with the coordination of campaign elements across editorial, marketing, design, copywriters, advertising operations, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Support the sales team during pitch and proposal stages by helping gather information, prepare documentation and check feasibility under guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including scopes of work, timelines and status updates.
  • Work with FT editorial staff and external content providers to support content production.
  • Assist in the delivery of digital destinations such as microsites, working alongside internal teams and external tech providers.
  • Track budgets, costs and schedules, bringing up risks or issues to Project Managers or Project Directors as needed.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Be open to learning new tools, technologies and ways of working as the team and product offering evolves.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and workflows.

Key skills and experience:

  • Short experience in project coordination, account handling, media, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships with a range of collaborators.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to ask questions and learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • Interest in branded content, digital media and the wider media landscape.
  • Experience using marketing, social or project management tools is a plus, but not essential.
  • An understanding of how advertising agencies and clients work together would be beneficial.

Personal qualities:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Meticulous, organised and reliable.
  • Collaborative and supportive great teammate.
  • Eager to develop skills and progress within project management or client services.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
