About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents (such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings), preparing case strategies, and providing legal support under the supervision of senior legal professionals. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures are essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
  • Assist in case preparation by gathering evidence, preparing legal arguments, and formulating strategies.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and assist in regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and case files.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (SH) required.
  • Licensed to practice law or actively working toward licensure, depending on jurisdiction.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Associate, Paralegal, or in a related legal role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
