About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for querying large datasets and applying various statistical techniques to interpret results and provide insights that drive improvements in our business operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business (including Product, Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations) and collaborate with other Data team members to leverage data for improving business processes.
  • Build reporting and monitoring dashboards to help stakeholders manage business processes and track business performance.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on datasets, such as experimentation analysis, in collaboration with stakeholders to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to establish required internal and external data sources, including designing the data warehouse for optimal data organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze experiments aimed at optimizing and improving business outcomes.
  • Document analytics processes, methodologies, and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and BI tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
  • Strong background in performance experimentation and A/B testing, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in digital payment and/or PPOB business is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and basic knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus.
