Junior Payment Operations Associate

About the Role:

The Junior Payment Operations Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing critical financial processes, including top-ups, settlements, and reconciliations. This role demands strong attention to detail, strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor top-up alert notifications and ensure the timely execution of top-up and refund transactions in compliance with SLA requirements.
  • Maintain and update daily Cash-In and Cash-Out reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Perform accurate and timely settlements for banks and clients, including the reconciliation of transactions.
  • Maintain and update daily settlement reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and payment partners to effectively resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth execution of financial operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Over 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations, reconciliation, settlements, or treasury.
  • Experience in financial technology and familiarity with payment systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in using internet banking platforms as a maker.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with basic English for effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in supporting regulatory and audit-related matters.
