About the Role:

The Tax Associate Officer will play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, reconciliation, and accurate reporting within the Finance Department. This position involves working closely with the Tax Manager to meet all tax obligations on time and ensure financial reporting aligns with regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Conduct monthly tax reconciliations between book balance and SPT balance for VAT and Withholding Tax.
  • Assist in the calculation and reporting of corporate income tax and deferred tax.
  • Support the Tax Manager in liaising with tax authorities and external auditors, including handling SP2DK and tax audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including monthly payments, annual returns, and tax reporting.
  • Monitor tax regulations and updates to ensure compliance with the latest tax laws and policies.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a Tax Staff, with hands-on expertise in tax reconciliation and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax Administration, or Finance.
  • Brevet A & B certification is a must.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret tax laws and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance teams.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly in working with auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders.
