Senior Legal Associate - Multifinance

What You Will Do:

Legal Documentation and Review

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they align with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Managing and organizing legal documents, both in physical and electronic formats, for easy retrieval and reference

Legal support

  • Assisting in corporate secretarial duties, including the preparation of documents for board meetings and general meetings.
  • Handling business licensing processes and maintaining up-to-date records of licenses and permits

Legal Advisory and Risk Management

  • Providing legal opinions and advice to various departments within the company to mitigate legal risks.
  • Conducting legal research to support decision-making processes and policy development.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services or multifinance sector.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases and tools.
