VP/SVP of Finance - Driving Financial Growth & Innovation
Maternity Cover - 12 month FTC - TBC
We are looking for a unique Finance leader to cover maternity leave at Disguise and we'd love to hear from you if you feel this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Our business is at a critical phase of growth and so we would love to speak to Finance talent who have the seniority and ability to work with Executives, and support the CFO in guiding the finance agenda, AND who, at their heart, still play a practical role in FP&A and Commercial Finance areas.
They will be directly leading a small, lean team of two and will also help the CFO bring together all Finance functions in meeting the goals and objectives of the business. This requires both day to day delivery as well as overall leadership and vision and could be a great pathway to SVP/Executive level leadership. Check out the details below…

We’re looking for a commercially savvy, data-driven, and strategic VP Finance to own financial planning, drive insights, and optimize decision-making. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting growth, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring financial resilience as we expand our global footprint.

WHAT YOU ARE HERE TO DO
Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
- Partner with the CFO and wider executive leadership to shape and execute financial strategy.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across all business pillars—Platform, Services, and Cloud.
- Optimize pricing, revenue models, and margin structures for our evolving SaaS/HaaS business.
- Develop financial narratives that align with Disguise’s growth story.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Further develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and ROI.
Operational & Commercial Finance
- Working closely with the Group Financial Controller in oversight of financial operations, including reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
Team Leadership
- Input in leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in high-growth tech or media.
- Deep expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, and commercial finance.
- Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Track record of driving financial transformation and scaling businesses.
- Previous experience with working closely with commercial teams.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL, to manipulate and interpret complex financial data.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand the business landscape, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders and facilitate collaborative decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/HaaS models, recurring revenue, and margin optimization an advantage
- Experience in M&A, due diligence, and integration is a plus
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
