We are seeking a passionate and creative Workforce Experience Manager to curate an exceptional experience for Cision employees in our Chicago office. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive work environment that supports employee well-being, collaboration, and productivity, regardless of work style (hybrid or remote). As a champion of our company culture, you'll develop and implement innovative strategies to keep employees connected and engaged. This role will report to the Director, Global Facilites.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the efficient operations of our office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role requires on-site presence 5-days per week (Monday-Friday) and will report to the Director, Global Facilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, helping and creating badge access and security.
Champion our employee values, finding creative ways to continually embed our core values into the office. 
Ensure the office is a warm, welcoming, and well-run space
Leading all aspects of managing our office, including mail processing, vendor management, food and beverage services, ordering office supplies, maintenance/work order requests, and serving as the liaison with building management as the main first point of contact.
Support current employees and onboard new employees ensuring equipment and technology needs are met to full satisfaction.
Responsible for set-up of conference rooms and overall calendar maintenance
Coordinates with local and national vendors, including, but not limited to: signage for the office, art work, supply management, any onsite vendors or contracted workers
Receive vendor invoices, obtain approval and remit to PRN Accounts Payable
Stock toner for printers and copiers and ensure they are in good working order.
Ensure beverages are ordered and stocked regularly and the break room is kept orderly and clean.
Company Offsites and Gatherings: Organize our major gathering moments in the year, whether it’s full-company offsites or mid-cycle, cross-functional meetings. Ensure environments are set up for inclusivity, productivity and maximized fun.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing and maintaining appropriate protocols and procedures.
Oversee sorting and routing mail daily and all outgoing shipments.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in office administration or coordination role preferred.
Strong, verifiable track-record of success in similar roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
For Individuals based in New York, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, and California, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This compensation range is specific to these states, however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
Chicago Pay Range
$55,000 - $55,000 USD
