HR Operations Consultant - Recruitment

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Project Duration: 8-12 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

 

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Consultant - Recruitment to support our client in managing HR operations, with a strong initial focus on recruitment. This role will be pivotal in filling key positions during the first 2-3 months, followed by managing the recruitment agency and providing ad-hoc HR operational support for the remainder of the project.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions during the first 2-3 months, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the client’s needs and goals.
  • Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and determine selection criteria for key roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for final candidate selection.

Recruitment Agency Management

  • Oversee and manage the recruitment agency to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor the agency's performance and provide feedback to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate between the client and the agency to ensure clear communication and successful candidate placements.

HR Operational Support

  • Provide ad-hoc HR support, including documentation, onboarding processes, and HR compliance.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR workflows and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the client with HR policies, procedures, and best practices as required.

Reporting and Metrics

  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Prepare periodic updates and dashboards for the client on recruitment and HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with recruitment agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software/tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
