Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Years of Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to support our brand visibility and engagement efforts across digital platforms. This role requires a strong background in content creation, social media management (especially LinkedIn), and basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution to help drive lead generation, boost online presence, and support public relations activities.


Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar marketing or social media role.
  • Strong content writing skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, with a key focus on LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of public relations (PR).
  • Understanding of social media trends and lead generation strategies, with a focus on building online engagement and visibility.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in corporate communications, B2B marketing, or agency environments.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, SEO basics, and campaign analytics.

  • Understanding of content calendars and multi-channel campaign planning.

  • Ability to assist in coordinating events or webinars to complement online campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Design basic visuals and coordinate with graphic designers for advanced assets.

  • Track and report on key social media and marketing performance metrics.

  • Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across platforms.

  • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, announcements, and email newsletters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with organizational goals and branding.

  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and PR.
