Job Application for Strategy Manager - Utilities Sector - 6-Month Engagement at Case in Point Consulting

We are seeking a results-oriented Strategy Manager with deep experience in strategy execution, preferably within the utilities sector to join a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in translating strategic plans into operational initiatives, with a strong understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape of utilities in Saudi Arabia. Experience working with or within government entities in the Kingdom is essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in strategy execution.
Demonstrated experience working on public sector or government initiatives in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Key Requirements

Previous experience in the utilities sector (ex: electricity, water, natural gas,....etc.).

Other Qualifications

Ability to translate strategic plans into detailed roadmaps, initiatives, and KPIs.
Deep understanding of performance monitoring frameworks and reporting tools.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior government officials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in strategy tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the execution of strategic plans in alignment with sector priorities.
Translate high-level strategies into actionable programs and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of strategic priorities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic progress.
Provide regular updates and executive presentations to senior stakeholders.
Support alignment between national objectives and organizational initiatives in the utilities sector.
Identify and escalate risks, challenges, and dependencies related to strategy execution.
Contribute to the development of governance frameworks, operating models, and performance monitoring tools.
