Go-To-Market Product Leader
Location: Amman, Jordan.
Working Arrangement: hybrid.
Type: Full-Time.
Start Date: Immediate.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
About the Role:
You will own the commercial side of multiple digital products — not just marketing, not just launch, but the full GTM system.
We are not looking for a project manager. We are looking for someone who can architect, execute, and scale without needing step-by-step support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and run go-to-market strategy from zero to traction
- Define and own funnels, activation flows, pricing, conversion paths
- Align product with real commercial value and test that fast
- Manage paid, organic, referral, and outbound channels
- Work directly with the founder to ship, learn, and scale quickly
- Own your KPIs — and if they miss, you don’t point fingers
What You Must Have:
- You’ve launched and scaled digital products before — show us
- You’ve built or managed actual funnels (not slides about funnels)
- You understand CAC, LTV, churn, activation, velocity
- You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do — you set your own targets and exceed them
- You are allergic to meetings, bloat, and marketing theater
Optional, but Strong Plus:
- Background in B2B SaaS, talent tech, or strategy platforms
- Experience building from scratch with limited resources
- Clear understanding of MENA digital buying behavior
