Kirkpatrick Model Assessor - 5-Week Engagement
Location: Amman, Jordan.
Years of Experience: 7+ years.
Project Duration: 5 weeks.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
We are seeking a skilled Kirkpatrick Model Assessor to conduct a focused training assessment over a 5-week engagement, with an emphasis on evaluating Level 3 (Behavior) and Level 4 (Results) of the Kirkpatrick Model. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in applying the Kirkpatrick methodology to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, preferably within the government sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources, and experience engaging stakeholders to validate behavior change and performance impact.
Key Requirements

Proven experience conducting training evaluations using the Kirkpatrick Model, specifically Levels 3 and 4.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience conducting training impact assessments within governmental or public sector organizations.

Certification or formal training in the Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program.
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report on behavioral and results-based outcomes.
- Experience designing and applying assessment tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data reviews.
- Strong understanding of learning and development frameworks, adult learning principles, and impact measurement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute an evaluation plan for assessing Levels 3 and 4 of the Kirkpatrick Model.

Collaborate with client teams to identify training objectives, performance indicators, and expected outcomes.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, including interviews, surveys, and field observations.

Analyze training impact on behavior and performance, mapping findings to business objectives.

Prepare and present a detailed assessment report, including insights, conclusions, and improvement recommendations.

Facilitate validation sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and practical applicability of findings.

Support knowledge transfer on evaluation best practices and Kirkpatrick methodology, where relevant.
