What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Telesales Team Member specializing in battery, oil, and tire services to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with knowledge of the automotive industry, ensuring customer needs are met with the best solutions.

This role is based at our Beirut office and focuses on promoting and selling CAFU’s specialized services for automotive maintenance.

 

What does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Customer Engagement:
    • Make outbound calls to customers to promote CAFU’s battery, oil, and tire services.
    • Understand customer requirements related to vehicle maintenance and recommend suitable brands and solutions from our Inspection services.
    • Effectively handle objections, close sales, and ensure a seamless booking process.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on automotive products, including brands and specifications for batteries, oils, and tires.
    • Educate customers about the benefits and features of CAFU’s automotive services.
  3. Customer Support:
    • Provide detailed advice to customers on automotive product compatibility with their vehicle models.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to battery, oil, and tire services.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve services.
    • Document customer feedback, work with relevant internal teams to communicate these insights, and develop action plans with clear timelines to ensure recurring issues are addressed — driving continuous improvement and healthier customer journey conversions.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Accurately log customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the team leader.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the operations and commercial teams to stay informed about service updates and customer trends.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and automotive knowledge.

What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)

  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience:
      • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
    • Education:
      • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive or sales is an advantage.
    • Skills:
      • In-depth knowledge of automotive products (batteries, oils, and tires) and related brands.
      • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
    • Languages:
      • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
    • Personal Attributes:
      • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
      • A passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
      • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
