JOB OVERVIEW
The Finance Manager will be accountable for managing the end-to-end finance processes for CAFU, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) while supporting the leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the role will work closely with the Executive Team and will be the primary point of contact for all financial management, forecasting, planning, and analysis.
The Finance Manager will also provide expert support in the development of commercial proposals and drive insight-led decision-making across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all aspects of financial planning, including analytics, P&L forecasting, budget planning, and cash flow management

Partner with the Founder & CEO and executive team to shape strategy and influence commercial outcomes

Develop forward-looking insights and analysis to drive effective decision-making

Monitor and report on financial performance against plans and forecasts

Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on budget and forecast performance

Present and interpret financial analysis for business leaders, highlighting risks and opportunities

Conduct ad-hoc cost and revenue modelling for new or emerging products and services

Recommend operational changes to improve financial performance

Provide financial analysis to support external funding requirements

Act as subject matter expert for commercial proposals and initiatives

Develop business cases for new investments and expansion opportunities

Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Act as the business superuser for finance reporting and planning tools

Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems

Implement best practices for financial management and reporting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of managing end-to-end finance processes and teams

Experience in technology-enabled or high-growth organisations strongly preferred

Professional finance qualification (CA / CPA / CFA)

Demonstrated ability to solve complex commercial challenges through financial analysis

Experience supporting the launch of new products or services with robust financial modelling
