IT Support Associate - UAE Nationals Preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for end-user issues (hardware, software, email, printers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, or in-person
- Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Assist with user account management and access permissions in M365 and Active Directory
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues, IP configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or system administrators as needed
- Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies under guidance
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and common office applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of user account management in Active Directory and M365
- Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience using a ticketing system to document and track issues
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Emirati nationals preferred
