
Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at CAFU, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our BOLT vertical (Car Wash, Battery Change, Oil Change, Tyre Change). You’ll work closely with Operations, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution, informed decision-making, and measurable performance improvements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial mind—someone who thrives on curiosity, and innovation. A mix of data detective and problem-solver, always searching for smarter ways to get things done.
- Help us 10x the quality and performance of Cafu’s ‘Bolt’ business vertical.
- Suggest and test ideas/processes to improve our car wash operations.
- Track Cafu riders’ performance and quality metrics.
- Work with data team to match supply and demand on the app.
- Improve internal processes for training of Cafu pilots, inventory checks and re-supply.
- Collaborative problem solver, working alongside operations team, data team and business managers.
- Support the Commercial Managers with Producer requests.
- Project support and coordinating follow-ups with ops and marketing.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in market research and financial analysis is preferred.
- Experience in operations analysis, process improvement and project management is a plus.

- Strong passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others during emergency situations.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely through non-voice channels.
- Empathetic and patient demeanour with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while handling multiple customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
