What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business & Partnership Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with insurance companies, automobile distributors, and used car dealerships across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue growth by building long-term collaborations within the automotive and insurance ecosystem.

What does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to expand the company’s footprint across the UAE’s insurance and automotive sectors.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with key stakeholders including insurance providers, new and used car dealerships, and automobile distributors.
  • Drive new business initiatives and product integrations that enhance partner value and customer experience.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate partnership success.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure successful partnership implementations.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the automotive and insurance sectors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads

What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the automotive or insurance industry.
  • Strong network within UAE’s insurance and automotive sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
