What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines traditional sales expertise with digital technology proficiency to drive revenue growth through online channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong technological aptitude and the ability to build relationships in a virtual environment.

What does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through digital channels including LinkedIn, email, phone call and online meeting platforms
  • Conduct compelling virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Navigate multiple digital platforms to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
  • Create and customize digital sales proposals and contracts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Success Metrics - KPIs

  • Achievement of sales quotas
  • Pipeline development and management
  • Customer acquisition rates
  • Deal closure rates
  • Quality of customer relationships
  • CRM adoption and usage
  • Response time to customer inquiries

What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in digital or virtual sales
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience with CRM systems 
    • Track record of successful virtual sales presentations and demonstrations

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills in virtual environments
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
