Creative Lead

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of bold, channel-native creative campaigns across digital, app, CRM, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Deliver high-impact assets for referrals, upsell bundles, subscription journeys and loyalty initiatives.
  • Translate service models into clear, design-led storytelling for partner-facing sales collateral including B2B2C pitch decks.
  • Own brand standards across all user and partner experiences, evolving CAFU’s identity with internal stakeholders.
  • Review and approve campaign work, providing direction to ensure alignment with commercial and brand goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to drive campaign execution from concept to delivery.
  • Be hands-on in execution, managing freelancers or agencies as needed to maintain velocity and quality.
  • Embed CAFU’s values and ambition into every asset, enabling scale as the brand expands across new verticals and channels.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in creative leadership roles across brand, design or digital marketing
  • A portfolio that demonstrates bold thinking, channel diversity and commercial storytelling
  • Comfort leading projects, not just people with strong executional skills and speed
  • Strong design and content instincts across Figma, Adobe, Canva or similar
  • Strong understanding of how to build brand assets that work consistently across channels, and how to integrate design directly into the product and user experience.
  • Bonus: experience in tech, subscription-based services, or B2B2C brand systems
  • UAE experience etc.
