• Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, policies, and frameworks.

Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical processes, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities.

Design and implement continuity and recovery plans for key business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Coordinate and lead regular BCP drills, simulations, and scenario-based exercises across departments.

Collaborate with IT and Security teams to align disaster recovery (DR) strategies with cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience.

Monitor and report on continuity readiness, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

Train and raise awareness among employees to embed resilience culture across the organization.

Continuously improve BCP frameworks by integrating lessons learned, audit findings, and emerging best practices.

• Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, or equivalent).

Experience in risk management, crisis response, and disaster recovery planning.

Familiarity with financial services or technology environments, preferably crypto or fintech.

Excellent skills in documentation, scenario-based planning, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and operations teams.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex risks into actionable plans.

• Nice to Have

Prior experience in large-scale financial institutions or exchanges.

Hands-on experience with incident response and resilience testing.

Certifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or DRII credentials.
