About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for our Client Service Business Unit.
As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert for the Client Service BU, you will serve as the strategic hiring advisor to business leaders across global markets, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational growth. You will own the end-to-end talent strategy for one of the company's largest and most business-critical business units, ensuring we continue to attract exceptional talent across all Client Service functions globally.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. Beyond delivering hires, you will provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, optimize hiring strategies, and help build high-performing Client Service teams across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership

Own the global talent acquisition strategy for the Client Service BU.

Partner closely with Client Service BU leaders to understand business priorities, workforce planning, organizational growth, and hiring demand.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide consultative talent advisory to support business objectives.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition

Lead full-cycle recruitment across all functions within the Client Service BU, including Customer Service, Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management, and leadership roles.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent globally.

Build sustainable talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring and long-term business growth.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Talent Market Intelligence

Provide regular insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, and global Client Service talent trends.

Conduct talent mapping and market research to support workforce planning and hiring strategy.

Advise business leaders on talent availability, market competitiveness, and hiring opportunities.
Hiring Excellence & Delivery

Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities, hiring targets, and recruitment SLAs.

Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while balancing hiring speed and operational excellence.

Manage multiple hiring initiatives across countries and time zones.

Drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and recruitment processes.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

6+ years of recruitment experience, either from a high-performing in-house Talent Acquisition team or a reputable recruitment/search firm.

Proven experience recruiting for Client Service, Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Center, Operations, BPO, Customer Success, or related business functions.

Experience within technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, e-commerce, gaming, BPO, or cryptocurrency industries is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of global Client Service talent markets and large-scale hiring strategies.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior business leaders.

Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and strategic workforce planning.

Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical talent solutions and market insights.

Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high candidate quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones.

Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
