Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Ai)
What You will do (Responsibilities) :
Design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions leveraging the full spectrum of approaches from traditional ML learning to using LLMs
Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to ensure the successful deployment of AI models and applications.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to provide innovative and forward-thinking recommendations to clients.

Who You are (Qualifications) :

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, and Hugging Face.
Strong programming skills in Python or similar.
Excellent proficiency with traditional SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworks.
Ability to analyse large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workflows.
Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and AI-driven automation solutions.
Soft skills and Competence:
Experience in digital transformation, business process optimisation, or AI strategy consulting.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop both your product skills and technical knowledge at a significant scale. By building a platform that enables our engineers to deliver new features with high quality even faster, your contributions will have a substantial impact on BRKZ’s mission.
The platform is a broad domain covering data, compute, networking, CI/CD, SRE, developer experience and much more. We expect our Technical Product Managers to have deep ownership of their teams' roadmap, product, and strategy. You will be responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of product development, from conception through to successful delivery. While your primary focus will be on ensuring the execution and alignment of one or two critical teams, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your impact by collaborating across the broader platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation across our rapidly evolving tech stack.
We are looking for an Experienced Technical Product Manager who can develop a product strategy and mindset in our Data and AI teams. As a Technical Product Manager for Data you will be involved in:
Strategic Vision:
You will own and drive the long-term strategy for our analytics platform, ensuring that it not only meets the current needs of the business but also anticipates and adapts to future challenges. Your efforts will ensure that our platform meets the evolving needs of the business, providing scalable and efficient data access to teams across the organisation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and data users across the organisation, ensuring their needs and feedback are integral to the platform's development. Your role will be pivotal in translating complex data requirements into actionable insights for your team
Fostering a Data-Driven Culture:
You will lead and influence the continuous improvement of our data repositories, setting the vision for a unified, high-quality data ecosystem that drives the adoption of data-driven practices across the organisation. Your efforts will drive the adoption of a data-driven mindset across the organisation.
Alignment, Prioritization, and Outcome Measurement:
You will utilise OKRs and agile methodologies to align your team's efforts with the broader strategic goals of the data platform. You will work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and technical teams to ensure that our platform integrates seamlessly with other systems and reduces dependencies. What You will do (Responsibilities) :
Develop and communicate the product vision for key AI/ML capabilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of your stakeholders across the organisation, focusing on the analytics data lifecycle.
Define their problems and requirements, identifying common areas of concern/benefit and working with stakeholders to understand the impact of these areas.
Proactively identify, prioritise and execute on the workflows which automate tedious and repetitive tasks.
Collaborate with your engineering team to integrate with data discovery platforms, governance platforms, and analytics platforms.
Break down and prioritise tasks by quantifying cost and effort against the benefit to the business and your customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure your priority decisions align with the strategic goals of the database platform team.
Prioritise the development of self-service capabilities to improve the user experience of our analytics platforms.
Who You are (Qualifications) :
You deeply understand the needs of modern data scientists and machine learning engineers.
You have experience building machine learning models or shipping AI/ML-powered products
You have a passion for the entire product development lifecycle and a strong affinity for data.
You are comfortable working across a broad range of technical domains, from cloud offerings and cloud-native technologies to data engineering and ML/AI.
You are adept at understanding the trade-offs between different platform technologies, and can communicate these considerations clearly, with an awareness of their practical implications.
Comfortable collaborating with engineers and business users, with experience working with data engineering, analytics, or data science teams.
Familiarity with Metabase or other BI Tools.
Enjoy deciphering complex domains and sharing that understanding.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to navigate complex system-design challenges to find innovative solutions using both quantitative and qualitative information.

As a Key Account Manager in BRKZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base, contributing directly to the success of the company & addressing the needs of our customers.
What You will do (Responsibilities) :
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand the specific needs and requirements of customers in the industry.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online, networking, and referrals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches/presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Achieve set collection milestones with the ongoing customers and sales targets.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Who You are (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in Business or relative years of working experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry or any related subsidiary industry.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency or familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
