Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives across multiple cities or provinces, building and developing high-impact teams, driving new business, and ensuring revenue targets are met. You'll blend strategic foresight with hands-on operational leadership balancing market expansion with day-to-day customer relationship management.

What You will do (Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies, targets, and KPI tracking
  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Account Managers to exceed sales goals by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities among contractors, wholesalers, and distributors 
  • Educate clients and intermediaries about imported materials, market trends, lead times, and financing benefits 
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online, networking, and referrals.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to adjust tactics and strategies
  • Address and resolve complex client issues, fostering long-term relationships
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the sales team
  • Travel frequently across your region to meet clients and visit job sites 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Who You are (Qualifications) : 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relative years of working experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the construction materials industry or any related subsidiary industry.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by consistently modeling the values, work ethic, and accountability 
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency or familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
