Job Summary:
What You will do (Responsibilities) :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Educate clients on the benefits of imported materials, lead times, and logistical considerations.
- Coordinate with Procurement and logistics teams to provide accurate shipment tracking and updates.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product specifications along with samples to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and advance payment terms while ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market.
- Work closely with the procurement team to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare feedback and reports of customer visits and funnel and make presentations of the insights of the market and its trends.
Who You are (Qualifications & Experience) :
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of import logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
- Ability to handle long lead times and manage customer expectations accordingly.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Arabic preferred].
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Equivalent Google Workspace Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
