
Partnerships Manager

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with content providers, expanding the aggregation platform’s content portfolio, and ensuring commercially strong, scalable partnerships. This role focuses on identifying market trends and future operator demand across multiple regions, translating those insights into a competitive and relevant content offering.
Acting as the main point of contact for content partners, the Partnerships Manager leads commercial negotiations, drives efficient onboarding and integrations, and ensures clear communication across legal, technical, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with new content providers to our platform
- Expand and optimize the content portfolio on the aggregation platform in line with market trends and operator demand
- Identify regional and global market trends to anticipate operator needs across multiple countries and continents including highly-regulated ones
- Lead persuasive commercial negotiations with content providers to secure highly competitive pricing and commercial terms for our clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for content partners, ensuring clear communication and strong long-term relationships
- Educate content providers on the company’s aggregation solution, distribution reach, and value proposition
- Coordinate legal reviews, commercial agreements, and technical integrations to ensure efficient onboarding and launch timelines
- Maintain strong administrative control over contracts, documentation, communication flows, and project status
- Work closely with Commercial, Legal, and Operations teams to accelerate onboarding and Go Live time
- Monitor partner performance and portfolio effectiveness to support ongoing optimization, pricing competitiveness and distribution growth
- Present the performance of game providers, track effective rates, and ensure content USPs are clearly communicated to commercial teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B iGaming ideally within Account Management, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Strong understanding of content aggregation platforms and content provider ecosystems
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills with experience securing favorable partnership terms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and anticipate future demand
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple partner processes in parallel
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of managing senior external stakeholders
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
