What's the role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with our Global CEO. This opportunity requires a dynamic individual who can take ownership of daily responsibilities, spearhead projects and support our CEO in delivering our company vision. The ideal candidate will be a super communicator thats fast to execute with exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills. What you do
- Manage communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails and LinkedIn account management
- Oversee company-wide comms including co-ordinating quarterly Global All-Hands
- Supervise and coordinate the local office and admin team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
- Spearhead special projects and analysis
- Monitor and maintain reports for tracking business performance metrics to be presented at senior leadership meetings
- Organize and attend executive team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, minutes are documented, and follow-ups are tracked
- Support the CEO with both day to day priorities and strategic initiatives
Who you are
- Top tier academic background
- Background in marketing or consultancy environments is preferred
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Superb communicator, both written and in-person
- Analytical thinker and impeccable attention to detail
- Fast to execute
