• Engage actively with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive conversations across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop impactful content while maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice across all channels
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Address negative feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively to maintain a positive online presence

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Proven experience in Social Media, Personal Branding, Creator Economy, PR, Online Support, or a similar role in a social media-focused environment
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy
• A keen eye for detail and an interest in both copywriting and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Passionate about building and nurturing online communities, with a dynamic and creative mindset focused on social media and brand growth
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations, with a flexible and positive problem-solving approach
• Experience in the software or tech industry is a plus
