What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we're seeking a highly motivated Office and Culture Administrator to join our Team. The Office and Culture Team is dedicated to cultivating an environment where every employee is inspired to achieve greatness and is energized to contribute to our overarching mission.
Your tasks will include managing administrative duties, coordinating office activities, and oversee office housekeeping. As the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers, you will welcome our guests; direct enquiries and co-ordinate repairs and maintenance. Importantly, you'll take centre stage in fostering a vibrant and positive atmosphere throughout our office.
- Disseminate information to team members as required and assist in maintaining a positive office culture
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the office mailbox and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Responsible for maintaining the facilities and making repairs as needed
- Assist in maintaining a positive office culture
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members when necessary
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Highly organised with a strong administrative skill set and basic principles used in the office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Be a strong Team player and work autonomously
- Self-motivated and takes initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory

- Valid driver's license
- Resilient and flexible

- Ability to work gracefully under pressure
